My yoga journey began after a car accident in 2013 left me in chronic pain, and my corporate career led to burnout. What started as a gentle, low-impact practice became a powerful tool for rebuilding strength, restoring mobility, and finding greater ease in my body and life. This experience shapes my teaching, emphasizing accessibility, self-compassion, and sustainable movement.
I strive to create a supportive, welcoming environment where students can reconnect with their strength and experience movement and stillness as self-care.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
First, sign up for your class on the schedule. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to access your class, which is held over Zoom.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Grab a water bottle to stay hydrated and a yoga mat, and additional props, such as a block or strap, if you have them. For MyoYin classes, special therapy balls are used, which are available for purchase in the shop.
If you’re new to Zoom or using a new device, I recommend accessing the class early to leave time for troubleshooting. Sometimes, leaving and returning can help with a bad connection or audio problems. Please don’t hesitate to contact Ashley or Zoom support with questions.
You can access your account via the Nourish & Grow Yoga website. Simply navigate to Account in the top navigation. From your account, you can see your active memberships and refer a friend!
The trial membership lasts for 14 days after purchase. Membership begins on the date of purchase, not the date of the first class.

Her membership program is really affordable. With the addition of some of her recommended tools (Therapy balls), I have done wonders for my low back through her instructions.
